ROLLER BERARINGS

SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

Spherical roller bearings contain two rows of spherical rollers with a shared sphered raceway in the outer ring. This design allows for mutual misalignment of rings. They can support significant radial and axial loads in both directions at the same time. These bearings are available with both cylindrical and tapered bores. These bearings are appropriate for situations where heavy loads are present and misalignment must be avoided.

TAPERED ROLLER BEARING

Conical rollers are guided by a back-face rib on the cone in this type of bearing. These bearings can withstand strong radial and axial loads in one direction.

CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARING

The cylindrical rollers of cylindrical roller bearings (CRBs) are in linear contact with the raceways. They have a high load capacity when subjected to mostly radial stresses. Because of the low friction between the rollers and the ring ribs, these bearings are suitable for high-speed rotation.

THRUST ROLLER BEARING

Thrust roller bearings, which are available with cylindrical or spherical rollers, can handle severe axial loads, as well as radial loads with magnitudes of up to 55% of the axial load.

NEEDLE ROLLER BEARINGS

Needle Roller Bearings are rotary bearings with needle-shaped thin rollers as rolling components. They feature a low sectional height and a high load capacity as compared to ball bearings. They assist conserve space as a machine component by making the entire machine small.
