DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARING
These are the most common bearing type with extensive range of sizes, which can carry radial and axial load in both the directions. Also allowing operations at high speed.

SELF ALIGING BALL BEARING
The outer ring of self-aligning ball bearings has a sphered raceway. This feature allows for angular shaft misalignment relative to the housing. As a result, self-aligning ball bearings are commonly utilized in bearings where misalignment can arise due to installation mistakes or shaft bending.

ANGULAR CONTACT BALL BEARING
Forces are transmitted from one raceway to the other in angular contact ball bearings at a specified contact angle (oblique to the radial plane). As a result, the bearings are appropriate for radial and axial loads occurring concurrently.
The axial load bearing capability improves as the nominal contact angle increases. As a result, angular contact ball bearings are better suited to handling larger axial forces than deep groove ball bearings.

THRUST BALL BEARING
Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand axial (thrust) loads at high speeds, but not radial loads.
